Full-stack engineering leader.
AI as a force-multiplier.
Shipping healthcare software at scale, and prototyping the next generation of agent-driven developer tooling.
About
I build for humans — and increasingly, for agents.
I'm Justin Reda, a software engineering leader based in the New York area. By day I lead a team at Teladoc Health, working with partners to make their integration dreams come true. Previously, I led a team that owned mobile platform releases and cut our consumer app crash rate from roughly 1.45% to under 0.07% and brought full regression testing down from 14 hours to 25 minutes — across a portfolio of more than 100 consumer apps, private labels, and SDKs.
After hours I build the tools I wish existed. Most of my recent work sits around the Aurora Core design system and the applications that adopt it — Aurora Pad, Aurora Explorer, and Chaos Control — plus AI-ACP, a local-first agent coordination platform that lets Claude Code and Codex CLI share real work in one queue.
I'm an enthusiastic practical AI user. I treat modern coding agents as a force-multiplier: they let a single engineer design and ship production-quality software that would have taken a whole team five years ago. I stay current on the frontier models, integrate them into real engineering workflows, and advocate for responsible adoption that raises quality rather than replacing judgment.
